Pay: $13–$15/hr base + tips (most team members earn $15–$25+/hr total)
Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Hours: Daytime Hours (7 Days a Week): 7:00am–2:00pm
Evening Hours (Thu – Sun): 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Job Description
The Donut Experiment is a high-energy, made-to-order donut, coffee, and dessert shop located in the heart of Anna Maria Island. We serve fresh donuts and espresso drinks in a fast-paced, fun environment during the morning — and we’re expanding to offer desserts in the evening too. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team.
No donut shop experience? No problem. We’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be trained to rotate through stations, including:
- Making, Topping and Packaging made-to-order donuts
- Preparing espresso and iced coffee drinks
- Preparing and serving evening dessert items (as we expand our menu)
- Working the register
- Opening and/or closing the shop
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, and moving smoothly
