Salads (choice one per guest)

• Burrata Salad with port glazed shallots, heirloom tomatoes and frisee lettuce with a peppercorn vinaigrette
• Caesar Salad with Romaine hearts, shaved parmesan, toasted focaccia with a cabernet-anchovy dressing

 Entrees (choice one per guest)

• Grilled Filet Medallion and Seared Petit Crab Cake with purple duchess potato, jumbo asparagus, and bearnaise
• Herb Roasted Chicken Breast and Grilled Royal Red Shrimp with Boursin whipped potatoes and broccolini with a blackberry BBQ
• Goat Cheese and Basil Tortellini with sauteed carrots, blistered peppers, squash, and English peas in a roasted tomato sauce
