Beach Retreats was formalized in 2015 by two sisters, Emma and Claire Carter who grew up vacationing on Anna Maria Island. After 15 years of visiting with their parents, now having families of their own, they decided it was time to make their vacation paradise their new home. Having owned homes on the island since 2009 and successfully managed them to the point where others asked if they might consider taking on more, Beach Retreats was born.

As a small boutique rental agency we pride ourselves on selecting only a handful of the newest, most pristine vacation rentals. We have chosen homes to suit all group sizes and specifications without compromising the highest standards we hold ourselves to. Being this discerning has earned us the trust of many vacationers who have come back year after year. We are also one of the few agencies with a focus on homes from Anna Maria Island to Lido Key.
